Burn Permits:  Call Chief Ardelean of the Owosso Township Fire Department at 989-277-0984.  Leave a message with your name, phone number and address if you reach his voice mail.  Burn permits are free of charge and are for NATURAL VEGETATION ONLY.  Items such as building materials and furniture cannot be burned.  An alternate contact number is the Owosso Fire Department at 989-723-7698.
