
The New Haven Township hall is available for rental to township residents any time except when it conflicts with public meetings and elections and not between January 1 and March 31. Although anyone is welcome to attend a function held at the hall, YOU MUST BE A TOWNSHIP RESIDENT TO SIGN THE RENTAL AGREEMENT, no sponsorship of non-residents. The hall has a maximum seating capacity of 160 persons. It has a kitchen with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator. There is no alcohol allowed on the premises.
The correct form must be used as linked from this website. The Township has the right to refuse rental to those who use an incorrect form.
Currently, the cost to rent is $150.00. The renter must also leave $100.00 deposit, which could be forfeited all or in part if the hall requires additional cleaning or the rental rules are not followed.
